At Athletic Core, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to ensure a smooth and simple resolution.


RETURNS

30-Day Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact
  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to you at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Final sale or clearance items

EXCHANGES

Easy Size & Style Exchanges (Free)

If you need a different size or colour, we offer free exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Requirements
The same conditions as returns apply — items must be in original, unworn condition.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 7 days at support@athleticcore.com, including your order number and photos where possible.
Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund as a priority.


RETURN SHIPPING

Within Australia 🇦🇺

  • Exchanges: Free return label provided
  • Returns for Refund: A small return shipping fee may apply unless the item is faulty

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)
  • Duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Include your order number, product name, and whether you want a return or exchange
  3. We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Athletic Core is not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Items must be returned within the allowed window to qualify
